This programme has been carefully created to bridge the gap from birth to becoming a mother. It's a mindfulness support pack that offers new mothers some time to themselves and to bond with their baby.

It's a nurturing pack designed to allow a new family practical techniques that connect with and process the new emotions and feelings that awaken once baby is in their arms. In the simplest way possible. They can be used in the time you have, with baby asleep on you, when you are feeding, or out on a walk.

Created by 2 birth professionals with more than 20 years experience between them, this pack comes from the heart and with professional expertise.

It's suitable for anybody, whether you have done hypnobirthing and mindfulness for birth or not, the tracks are relaxing, healing and grounding.

It has the first 12 weeks in mind, but can be easily used beyond that. We have mothers using it when their baby is 12 months old.

Firstly, we want you to feel that you can do this anywhere. You can do this in your nightwear/loungewear and you don't need to leave your house (or the hospital) unless you want to and feel ready. In bed, in the bath, on the sofa, or at the kitchen table, it's designed to be accessed on your phone, tablet or laptop whenever and wherever you are.

Use it in the middle of the night, whilst feeding or if baby is crying and you need a few moments to cope. This is about you. You becoming a mother; be it the first time, or the 4th.

We use simple and basic Mindfulness and Hypnosis techniques to enable you to quickly and easily learn to relax, let go and connect with yourself and your baby. After a few times listening to the tracks we provide, you will begin to notice that you relax more quickly and are able to be in the moment - accepting your thoughts and feelings as they are. It will allow you to move into motherhood from a place of awareness and understanding - confident in your abilities as a mother.



The programme is in 6 main sections, each containing video's, audio tracks and affirmations plus an ebook to download. There's also an introduction video and some self-care tips to help you ease into motherhood more comfortably.

The sections cover aspects of early mothering women have told us has been challenging. These sections help lay a foundation for you and your baby allowing you to continue your journey into parenthood on a stable footing and with tools that you will make use of for years to come.

Sophie Fletcher and Sophie Burch have known each other and worked together for many years. Both are mothers (they have 6 boys between them!), and both have worked with mothers and babies from fertility through to parenthood for over 10 years. Both are passionate at helping pregnant couples and new parents have the best experience they can through the use of mindfulness, hypnosis, relaxation and more. This Programme was created after a conversation about the fragility of that time between birth and becoming a parent, and how there is a lack of support for new parents at a vital time of transition and healing. Both have taught, used and benefitted from the use of all the techniques gathered and shared in this Programme and seen the phenomenal results as a consequence in their lives, the lives of their babies, their families and the hundreds of couples they have taught over the years.

Sophie Fletcher is Author of Mindful Hypnobirthing, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher, Doula and Mother of 2.

Access starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online programme - you decide when you start and when you finish within the 12 months access period.
How long do I have access?
